I’m the absolute worst wrapper in the entire universe. But for the holidays, I place all items in gift bags and call it a day. This year, however, I was feeling more optimistic thanks to Pinterest! The Target Dollar spot caught my eyes and of course, who could resist 3 different rolls for $3?! Wrapping paper can get pricy and I find that it’s better to allocate the money towards something else you may really need this season. This is the most excited Ive been about wrapping in a while.
I’ve created 3 looks you make your own, depending on your style or theme this year.
The first look is RUSTIC. Craft paper is ideal for this look!
I added white twine to create a contrast. A tiny festive branch coupled with a poinsettia leaf made of fabric and that was it! P.S, that’s about as much red as I can handle because it’s actually my least favorite color.
The second look is CLASSIC. Plaid feels timeless and always comes back around this time of year. I found pre-made wreath ornaments and added them right in in lieu of a bow, plus it felt as though it needed a bit of green!

The third look is GLAM! Black and gold are a very elegant combo. I wrapped this gift in the black chalk paper and took the leftover ribbon that I had from decorating my tree. I’ll have to run out and get more of that!
No, the glitter was not a part of the wrapping paper, but rather a part of the mess I made. It works out and looks pretty, don’t you agree?
