Obviously we’re trying to stay on the health boat for as long as we can. The last thing we need is to get lost at sea, launched off the ship with no life saver and get swallowed whole by a whale! Who needs that?! A part of me wishes that would happen, but only for about a minute. Haha! What I’m trying to get at is, getting on the boat of healthy eating is the easy part. Staying on the boat, not so much. The struggle is real for everyone. Part of the reason why we get off track is we think healthy foods are really boring. Side dishes, especially.
