Spring is coming! I just love this season so much! Adam and I married in the spring, bringing us back to so many memories. I thought I’d give the entryway a little pep with a few of my own things, as well as a few new and inexpensive ones! Shuffling, purging and repurposing my decor brings me much happiness and I don’t really tire of it. I don’t take many pictures of entryway, primarily because an awkward angle to photograph. However, seeing as how it’s the first impression upon walking in, it’s important to me that it look neat and put together.
My style is primarily traditional with a touch of bling. I love incorporating animals and flowers into my decor. Coziness is huge with me, so when I decorate a space, I try to portray all those things as best I can.
The decorative accents on the wall are from Joss and Main. They are eclectic in design adding balance to most of the traditional pieces I have in my entryway. The faux fur stool is from Target’s Nate Berkus collection (at the time, I went to 6 different Targets to find and got the last one in my entire county!)
The monogram print on the bottom shelf hides the electrical outlet that has been bugging me for weeks, it was purchased at Home Goods.
This piece of driftwood was purchased at Ross Dress for Less and was hanging out on our tv console table, but I think it looks great down here for a while.
Just about every year, we get at least one gift basket during the holiday season and I always hang onto them for storage purposes! This one was perfect for a few of my favorite magazines.
Nothing says spring like bunnies (also my husband’s nickname) and this one from Craftberry Bush’s shop did not disappoint. Totally adorable and fitting with my animalistic decor (I’m certain y’all have caught onto that by now.)
Fresh flowers are always great to have. Hydrangeas are my favorite but I love a nice pop of pink from the roses. Glass apothecary jar is from Home Goods.
This wooden heart from the very talented Sonya at This N That Designs is magnificent! It has so many elements that I love, such as pink, lace, wood and flowers. You guys will love the stuff she has in her shop!
My dogs have their own shelf in the laundry room. It holds, food, medicine, toys and even a few decorative pieces. We don’t spend a lot of time in the laundry but for the obvious, so all those cute figurines get no justice. Well I’m putting an end to that and moving their goodies out of there. Cant have an entryway without a doggy waiting for ya!
This pom pom pillow has been getting so much love from all of you on Instagram! It’s from Home Goods and very cozy!
A few little changes and my entryway feels brand new! Things are always getting moved around here and nothing it too permanent, but for the time being, I’m loving it!
Thanks for stopping by!
