Happy New Year, friends! I took a few weeks off to really enjoy the holiday season and hope you did too! It was really great, but by now, I’ve already started going back to my routine and doing my thing. Which makes me very happy since i’m a total creature of habit. Anyway, my husband got a juicer from my in laws for the holidays and Im obsessed! I cant believe we hadn’t gotten once sooner!!! almost every night we try and either create a new one or repeat one we’ve already made. Then, we place them in the fridge and have them as an early morning pre workout drink. Boy! Has it made a difference in my morning routine! I feel so energized at the gym and get moving with less rest periods in between sets.
Today, I’m sharing a yummy and really easy one, for which you may already have most of the ingredients. Now, I’ll tell ya, if you’re not crazy about beets- dont fret. I’m not crazy them either, but thankfully the sweet taste of the banana really takes care of that part for you and gives it that creamy texture!!
Nutri Ninja Pro (BL456) is the way to go!
1 sliced banana
1 peeled beet (you can throw it in whole!)
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1/4 cup of mini marshmallows
3/4 cup of coconut milk (unsweetened, sorry y’all!)
Instructions: Place all ingredients in the smaller ninja cup, making sure not to go over the black line and go!
Once serving later, you’ve got yourself a really yummy and vivaciously filling snack. I promise you’ll love it!
